Cybersecurity Systems Maintenance Monitor, maintain and manage cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus software, and Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS). Ensure the availability, performance and effectiveness of security infrastructure. Security Incident Response Identify, investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
Perform initial troubleshooting, incident documentation and follow-up actions. Coordinate with technology vendors for technical escalation and resolution when required. Vulnerability and Patch Management Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks.
Coordinate and implement patch management activities to ensure systems remain secure and up to date. Security Audits and Compliance Support internal and external security audits by preparing relevant logs, reports and documentation. Ensure cybersecurity operations comply with established security policies, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with IT operations teams, network engineers and relevant stakeholders to implement and maintain effective security measures. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth cybersecurity operations. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate
