Synopsis of the role We are seeking a Data Governance Leader to drive data quality, regulatory compliance, and analytics governance across our core credit ecosystem.

In this executive-facing role, you will oversee data pipelines, enforce Uniform Credit Reporting Formats, and manage Critical Data Elements across data ingestion lifecycle. Working closely with Senior Leadership, Board committees, and regulatory bodies to align data policies with regulatory frameworks. Additionally, you will lead root cause analysis and establish data trend reporting to mitigate risk.

What you’ll do Data Quality & Analytics Governance (DQI/DSR): Enforce and maintain Uniform Credit Reporting Formats (UCRF -Forms 1, 2, and 3) across all data pipelines. Oversee end-to-end ingestion processing, ensure automated generation and distribution of Data Statistics Reports (DSR), and establish benchmarks for file-level, CI-level, and Industry-level Data Quality Indexes (DQIs).

Critical Data Element (CDE) & Lineage Management: Own and continuously update the CDE Master Register covering key attributes such as Loan Status, DPD, Outstanding Balance, and Demographics. Design and enforce risk-based
