Lead AI Engineer

We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join the team and take charge of designing and developing end-to-end AI solutions, including chatbots and agent workflows. As a Lead AI Engineer, you will work closely with clients and build tailored solutions powered by LLMs that address specific business objectives.

Build, launch, and maintain full-cycle AI products. Partner with customers to uncover their goals and propose LLM-powered solutions tailored to their context. Create and maintain reliable data processing pipelines that ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AI models.

Monitor and optimize AI system performance, with a focus on correctness, security, scalability, and compliance with relevant regulations. Run exploratory research and fast prototypes to test technical feasibility and demonstrate the business value of AI solutions. Stay updated on the rapidly changing LLM landscape - new models, frameworks, and techniques.

Advanced Python skills, including practical experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI or comparable tools. A solid grasp of the full lifecycle involved in building AI-powered applications.
