Ignite the Future of Containerization — Lead with Innovation in Kubernetes! Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week). As a Senior Team Leader – Kubernetes Platform SRE , you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, supporting their Private Cloud team. You will spearhead the development, scaling, and maintenance of the internal Kubernetes platform, ensuring top-tier reliability, performance, and security for global operational excellence. This role offers a unique chance to influence cutting-edge infrastructure and drive continuous innovation. Your main responsibilities: Lead and support a small, agile team in maintaining and improving the IKP infrastructure Ensure the reliability, availability, and high performance of the Kubernetes platform Collaborate on diagnosing complex infrastructure issues, providing timely resolutions Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Kubernetes environment Perform root cause analysis and implement proactive reliability improvements Manage incident response and troubleshooting, including participation in 24x7 on-call rotations Work closely with global teams to align on best practices and ensure seamless operations You’re ideal for this role if you have: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, troubleshooting, and operations Experience with containerization, orchestration, and Un
