Runner plugin to enhance platform functionality. Contribute to the migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud. Oversee incident, problem, request, and change management processes. Maintain good communication and collaboration with international teams and stakeholders. Key
At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator of Atlassian Jira and Confluence . Experience in administration of AWS or Microsoft Azure . Knowledge of Groovy and the Script
Runner plugin . Nice to Have: Experience in migrating Jira and Confluence to Cloud. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
Familiarity with Rovo AI capabilities in Jira and Confluence Cloud. Understanding of ticketing tools like ServiceNow. Good knowledge of ITIL practices in incident and change management.
Ability to work effectively in an international context. Other Details: Languages: Fluent in English and Polis
