Come join us and make a difference in the world!Discover more at [link] Please note - this role will be remote or hybrid working, subject to the successful applicant's location in line with company policyAbout the roleWe are looking for a Security Architect to join our central Architecture & Design practice at NEC Software Solutions.This role sits at the heart of how we design, assure, and operate secure systems and services across both internal platforms and customer‑facing solutions. You will work closely with architects, engineering teams, and the wider cyber security function to ensure security is embedded by design.This is a hands‑on, design‑led role. You will be involved in real delivery, real assurance, and real decision‑making, from early threat modelling and risk assessment through to architecture assurance, accreditation support, and implementation guidance.The role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing pragmatic security design with governance, assurance, and stakeholder engagement in complex, regulated environments.What you’ll be doingProducing security architecture designs for internal systems and customer solutions, aligned with the overarching architecture framework.Conducting threat modelling and risk assessments to identify and manage security risks in applications, platforms, and services.Producing security assurance documentation to support internal governance, customer assurance, and formal accreditation activities.Working closely with Tec
