The work: Experienced Scrum Master will lead a high-performing Agile team supporting critical database operations, maintenance, and modernization for a government client. You will facilitate team collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the direct client point of contact. You will protect the team from distractions, remove impediments, and foster an environment where technical excellence and mission success thrive.
