Kredivo is looking for a Product Manager – Core Banking (Loan) to join our Product team in Jakarta. This role reports to the Lead Product Manager – Core Banking and will be responsible for building and scaling the core loan platform that powers Kredivo's lending products across multiple markets. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, Finance, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant lending capabilities. You will own products from discovery through launch, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations while driving execution across multiple stakeholders. About the job: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery, solution design, PRD creation, development, launch, and post-launch monitoring. Define product requirements and work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product solutions. Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to align priorities and ensure successful delivery. Analyze customer behavior, operational metrics, and business performance to identify opportunities and drive product improvements. Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and strategic objectives.
