Job Overview T-Mobile Home Internet is one of our fastest growing businesses, and the software this team builds runs on every gateway and mesh extender we put in a customer's home. We're a small development team on a large program, so you'll contribute to meaningful software development work from the start. You'll develop the device agents that manage, monitor, and troubleshoot our broadband customer premises equipment. They're written in C and C++ against the Broadband Forum's open USP standards and run on the RDK-B platform. The agent uses a microservice architecture, and you'll develop and maintain assigned services within the established architecture. Your agents will interface with the device's Wi-Fi and cellular subsystems through RDK and RBUS. You won't be writing Wi-Fi drivers or modem firmware, but understanding those technologies, and how RDK components talk to each other, is central to doing this job well.
