About the role As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Unframe, you'll work at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and our customers. You'll use your engineering experience to help enterprise customers deploy AI systems into production, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver solutions with real business impact. What you’ll do: Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business and technical challenges. Translate open-ended problems into practical AI solutions. Build production-grade integrations, workflows, and automations across customer systems, APIs, and data sources. Build and ship customer-facing solutions, not just prototypes or technical designs Deploy, test, and iterate in real customer environments. Own customer implementations from discovery through production. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
