The person in this role will work across a range of client products, designing experiences that are simple, intuitive and easy to use. You'll bring interfaces and workflows together in ways that make products easier to use, remove friction points and make complex tasks feel effortless. We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to help our clients build products their users love. We're looking for someone who is both analytical and creative. You should have a strong understanding of user needs and a clear, thoughtful approach to solving problems. Please share a strong UX portfolio that shows your process and the reasoning behind your design decisions. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end experience for assigned client products, turning unclear business goals into simple, measurable design solutions Plan and run user research to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points, and turn those insights into personas, journeys and clear design direction Define user flows, information architecture and interaction models, and test how well they work in practice Rapidly prototype ideas, often in code, to test concepts early and refine them into wireframes and high-fidelity designs Use AI tools across your workflow, from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping and iteration, to move faster while maintaining quality Plan and conduct concept validation, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the user experience Solve UX challenges across usability, navigation, fin
