About the role BYTECRUNCH TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. is seeking a skilled and strategic Product Owner to join our growing team in Chatuchak, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving product vision and delivery across our technology and telecommunications division. As Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind product strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs and technical capabilities. This role is central to our mission of delivering innovative technology solutions that create meaningful impact in the marketplace. Key responsibilities Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and market opportunities Gather, prioritise and manage product requirements from stakeholders, customers and internal teams Create and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications for development teams Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing and business teams to ensure successful product delivery Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential product enhancements Prioritise the product backlog based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibility Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress, decisions and trade-offs transparently Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews and retrospectives Analyse product metrics, use
