Because it's everyone's role to make health more human™ About the role The Director, AWS Infrastructure and DevOps is responsible for the strategy, architecture, security, and operational execution of our technology infrastructure and DevOps capabilities. This role will own and execute the day-to-day management of AWS cloud infrastructure. Additionally, it will oversee continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, release and deployment processes, SaaS administration and provisioning, security and compliance, and infrastructure cost optimization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology professional who can establish scalable operational practices while partnering closely with Engineering, Security, and IT teams to ensure the reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of technology services. Here's what you'll be doing: · Lead the strategy, architecture, implementation, administration, and day-to-day operation of our AWS infrastructure and cloud services. · Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure and environments. · Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities. · Define and implement cloud architecture standards across networking, compute, storage, databases,
