As Program Manager, Data Transformation, you will run the day-to-day program engine that turns Oura's business data into governed, trusted, decision-ready metrics. You will work inside the Data Transformation program, alongside the Staff Program Manager, and own the delivery rhythm for your assigned data domains: intake, prioritization, tracking, ownership, certification, and reporting. Early focus areas include Hardware and Supply Chain, where the need for structure is greatest.A core part of the job is metric certification and intake discipline. You will enforce the three-path model for every request and metric: Directional (fit for use, fast), Governed (executive, board, investor, or external numbers, with a certification path), and Not ours (operational or application work rerouted to the owning business team).
