Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for our Unified Data Platform , a foundational platform supporting large-scale data processing, analytics, search, and data-driven applications across the company. The team owns critical platform capabilities including Hadoop, ETL and data processing platforms, Elasticsearch, Apache Airflow, and Data Lake Studio . In this role, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building, operating, and evolving highly scalable and reliable data infrastructure. You will define technical and organizational priorities, drive platform strategy and execution, and partner with engineering teams across the company to provide efficient, reliable, and easy-to-use data platform capabi
