Position Summary eSimplicity is seeking a transformational executive to lead strategic customer engagement, technology innovation, business growth, and delivery excellence across its federal portfolio, with an initial emphasis on the Defense & National Security market. This executive will partner closely with the President, COO, Growth, and Delivery leaders to shape customer strategy, expand market presence, improve operational performance, and build long-term customer relationships. The role is intentionally broad and provides the opportunity to assume expanded business unit leadership as the organization evolves. This role follows a hybrid schedule. Employees are required to work on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays, with remote work on other days as business needs allow.
