Join Bally’s Intralot as a Junior Production Support Engineer! Your Role: As a Junior Production Support Engineer you will work alongside experienced professionals, investigate technical incidents, and collaborate with different teams to identify solutions and improve system performance. Monitor application performance and investigate production incidents.
Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and resolve application and system issues. Support the investigation of recurring incidents and contribute to identifying their root causes. Document and track problems, helping the team identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
Reproduce reported issues in test environments and perform regression testing to verify fixes. Collaborate with Development, QA, and other technical teams to maintain application stability and reliability. Work on a shift-based schedule and occasionally travel internationally to support our global clientele.
To excel in this role, you should: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in Application Support, System Administration, Software QA, or DevOps. Basic to solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, or New Relic, and log analysis platforms such as Kibana. Knowledge of MySQL, with familiarity with Oracle or MongoDB considered an advantage. An understanding of troubleshooting processes and a willingness to de
