As the Assistant Vice President, AI PDLC Product Owner, you will help shape an enterprise product that connects people, process, agents, knowledge, and measurement into a more coherent way of delivering value. The role turns emerging AI capabilities into a practical product and operating model that can be used across LPL to improve the software development experience and delivery of business value. The Assistant Vice President, AI PDLC Product Owner owns the product definition and evolution of the AI Product Development Lifecycle (AI PDLC) platform and measurement framework. This role translates the future-state PDLC into product capabilities, workflows, artifacts, gates, and measures, partnering with product, engineering, architecture, AI governance, risk, and delivery teams from pilot through adoption and scale. The role is accountable for product outcomes, prioritization, and readiness while partnering closely with technical leaders on implementation.
