Voxology, Inc. is a CPaaS provider building scalable infrastructure for real-time communications. Our platform brings together APIs, dashboards, and orchestration systems that help organizations power mission-critical voice and messaging experiences with reliability and scale. We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer (Full Stack) to take ownership of meaningful parts of the platform and help raise the bar for engineering quality across the team. In this role, you will contribute across the stack, influence technical direction, and help shape how modern development practices, including AI-assisted workflows, are used effectively in a fast-moving engineering environment. Requirements Design, build, and maintain full-stack functionality across frontend applications and backend API services. Own features and systems end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, release, production support, and incident response. Lead architecture discussions and make pragmatic decisions balancing delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability. Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation, testing, and debugging while ensuring correctness and quality; help establish safe usage and review standards for AI-generated code. Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design feedback. Collaborate with product owners and QA to scope and deliver performant, maintainable software.
