Job Overview Role Summary An experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach is needed for a consulting assignment within a large organisation undergoing a transformation to improve and coordinate its agile product development. The assignment focuses on supporting the consolidation of four previously separate products and backlogs into one unified product with a clearly prioritised common backlog. You will coach and support 3–4 development teams throughout this transition, helping establish shared ways of working, stronger cross-team collaboration, and effective delivery processes. The role requires a confident agile leader who can drive change pragmatically, create engagement, and enable teams and stakeholders to work toward common product goals. Key Responsibilities Coach and facilitate 3–4 agile development teams in their day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement work.
