Job Overview Role Summary An experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach is needed for a consulting assignment within a large organisation undergoing a transformation to improve and coordinate its agile product development. The assignment focuses on supporting the consolidation of four previously separate products and backlogs into one unified product with a clearly prioritised common backlog. You will coach and support 3–4 development teams throughout this transition, helping establish shared ways of working, stronger cross-team collaboration, and effective delivery processes. The role requires a confident agile leader who can drive change pragmatically, create engagement, and enable teams and stakeholders to work toward common product goals.
