Where does my CV go after I upload it?

Into the shared candidate pool of our partner agencies. The system immediately compares your CV against every open job. If a match comes up, the recruiter reaches out directly via @ekaterinovikova on Telegram.

Who can see my email, phone, Telegram?

Accepted Answer

Only recruiters at agencies with access to the pool. A casual visitor to the public pages sees your name as "Jane D." (first name plus the first letter of the surname) and the contacts are hidden. Every contact lookup is recorded in an audit log. Email is never shown on the public pages.

Is it free for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The candidate pays nothing. The agency pays for subscription access to our candidate pool.

Question 4

How do I delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Fill the short form on the data-deletion page (zorky.tech/privacy/request), enter your email, and we will anonymise your profile within 7 days. This is your right under GDPR.

How long until I hear back after uploading?

If your skills match an open job, a recruiter will message you within 1–3 business days. If there is no fit right now, the CV stays in the pool and when one appears you will be contacted.

I am not in CIS. Is this for me?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the job and the format. About 30% of jobs in our pool are remote (CIS and Europe). If your skills are strong and you are open to remote work — yes. If you are looking for an office job outside of CIS and Europe — our focus is here and the odds are lower.

Question 7

What does "CV recognised at 45%" mean?

Accepted Answer

It shows how cleanly the system parsed the data from your file — name, contacts, skills, experience. A low percentage usually means the CV is a scan without a text layer, in a non-standard format, or has contacts buried out of plain sight. Upload your CV in DOCX or TXT — it usually parses better.

How much does it cost and what are the plans?

Three subscription plans: Solo — $49, Starter — $199, Pro — $499 per month. All features in every plan. Quarterly billing locks the price for 12 months. Large agencies (20+ recruiters) get custom terms — message Ekaterina.

Can I try it before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Message @ekaterinovikova on Telegram — we will run your job through the system and show matching candidates from the pool with a transparent score for each. If the result is interesting we will set the system up for your agency.

What integrations are available?

Today: programmatic data access for integrations, candidate and shortlist exports to spreadsheets, Telegram notifications. Email sync (Gmail and Outlook) and multi-board job posting are on the near-term roadmap.

How are candidate data protected?

Accepted Answer

We record consent on every CV upload and maintain a contact-access audit log. Candidates can delete their data themselves via the data-deletion form. Servers are in the EU, data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Two-factor authentication and team SSO are on the near-term roadmap.

Can I migrate from another system (Huntflow, Potok, Greenhouse)?

Yes. We support spreadsheet imports from every major candidate-tracking system. Fields (name, contacts, skills, level) transfer automatically, and your tags become categories. Migrating a 5,000-candidate base is 1–2 hours of our work, usually free with a Starter-tier subscription or higher.
