How Zorky CRM works
Zorky CRM is a system for IT recruiting agencies. Every day it finds fresh jobs and candidates on its own, pairs them up, and shows the recruiter a clear picture: who matches whom and why. Less manual sourcing — more time for working with people.
1.We find jobs and candidates ourselves
The system collects fresh jobs and CVs around the clock from thousands of sources — Telegram channels and job boards across CIS and Europe.
Spam, duplicates and noise are filtered automatically — the recruiter does not have to triage the feed by hand. The output is always a large, fresh pool ready to work with.
2.We match pairs and explain the choice
For every job the system finds matching candidates on its own and scores the match from 0 to 100. It looks at what matters: skills match, role match, level match (junior / middle / senior), and how fresh the job is.
Next to every score you can see the breakdown. The recruiter understands why a candidate scored 84 — instead of getting a "magic number". It is easy to verify, explain to a client, and push back on if needed.
3.We remember everything per candidate
A candidate in the system is not a row in a spreadsheet — it is a living card that accumulates context:
- Recruiter tags — "open to relocation", "fintech only", "do not disturb", and any of your own
- Contact history — every call, email and message with a note and outcome
- Pipeline stage — from first touch to offer and start date
- Freshness reminders — the system reminds you when it is time to re-check a candidate: are they still on the market
The longer an agency works in the system, the more valuable its database becomes. This accumulated relationship history cannot be replicated quickly.
4.For candidates — one file is enough
The candidate uploads a CV at zorky.tech/apply — the system parses skills, experience, and contacts in a couple of seconds and immediately shows what was recognised.
From there the CV enters the partner-agency pool. When a matching job appears, the recruiter reaches out directly.
Data is protected: each upload records explicit consent, and you can delete your data yourself at any time — via a short form.
