- Data layer — thousands of Telegram channels in real time plus the largest job boards across CIS and Europe. Parsing, deduplication, and ICP filtering happen automatically.
- Explainable AI matching — every match gets a letter grade and a text brief explaining "why" — not a "magic number".
- Company OSINT — employer enrichment with hiring velocity, technology profile, and team dynamics data.
- GDPR audit with the right to be forgotten — an append-only legal-basis log that protects both the candidate and the data controller.
- Public surfaces — anonymous job board, market insights, talent pool, an explainer of how we work.
Why the market needs this
Post-2022 the talent diaspora is spread across Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, and other jurisdictions. A LinkedIn add-on alone is no longer enough — recruiters need a source-agnostic tool that sees Telegram channels, local job boards, and private networks at the same time.
We are building that infrastructure: every day we expand source coverage, improve matching accuracy, and simplify the recruiter operator interface.
Where we are going
Over the coming months — product expansion: structured interviews, offer e-signature, SSO for teams, a careers-page builder, email sync. In parallel — growing the customer base across agencies and in-house recruiters in CIS and Central Europe.
Long-term — become the standard tool for recruitment teams working with the region's talent pool: one product that sees every source, remembers the context per candidate, and explains every decision it makes.
