Terms of Service

1. About the service

Zorky CRM is a recruitment platform available at zorky.tech (the public site) and admin.zorky.tech (the CRM for agencies). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who may use the service

  • Candidates (job seekers) — may browse public vacancies at /jobs and submit a CV at /apply. Age 18 or older. By uploading a CV, you confirm that the data is yours and that you have the right to share it.
  • Recruiters and agencies — under paid subscription. Pricing available on request.
  • Anonymous visitors — all public pages are accessible without an account.

3. What is permitted

  • Browsing and filtering public vacancies at /jobs
  • Uploading your own CV (up to 5 uploads per hour)
  • Sharing /jobs/:id links publicly (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, and similar platforms)
  • Requesting data deletion via /privacy/request

4. What is prohibited

  • Automated bulk extraction of data from public pages (paid programmatic access is available for integrations on request)
  • Uploading another person's CV without their consent
  • Using candidate data outside the hiring process (e.g. unsolicited email, scams)
  • Bypassing rate limits or authentication mechanisms
  • Posting vacancies with discriminatory requirements (race, gender, age, or any other ground prohibited by applicable law)
  • Use for military, surveillance, or other prohibited purposes

5. Content and intellectual property

CVs and vacancies remain the property of their respective owners. By uploading content, you grant Zorky CRM a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display it for recruitment purposes and for no other purpose.

The collection of data from public Telegram channels and job boards constitutes the indexing of publicly available content for candidate-matching purposes (legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

6. Agency paid subscriptions

Monthly subscription with automatic renewal. The subscription may be cancelled at any time by contacting @ekaterinovikova — access remains until the end of the current paid period, with no refund for unused days. A first-month refund is available within 14 days of initial subscription.

On subscription closure, agency data is exported as a spreadsheet within 30 days and then deleted, except for logs that we are required to retain by law.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that:

  • Any specific vacancy or candidate will result in a hire
  • The AI matcher will be fully accurate (it assists recruiter judgment, it does not replace it)
  • The service will operate without interruption (target uptime: 99.5%)

8. Limitation of liability

Liability for losses caused by our negligence is limited to the subscription fees paid for the preceding 3 months. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus (the operator's place of residence). Disputes shall be heard by the Economic Court of Minsk. EU residents retain additional rights under the GDPR — see our Privacy Policy.
