IT market insights

Every day we collect thousands of jobs from Telegram channels and job boards across CIS and Europe. This section turns that stream into a picture of the market: which technologies are in demand, how much they pay, where hiring is shifting.

All numbers come from a live database, updated daily. No surveys, no gut-feel estimates — every metric is computed from real postings.

How we calculate these numbers

  • Where the data comes from. 1000+ sources — Telegram channels and job boards across CIS and Europe. Thousands of new postings per day.
  • What goes into the sample. Only live open jobs with a clear description. Spam and fragments are filtered automatically.
  • Salaries are normalised to USD/month at the current rate. Outliers are filtered out.
  • Seniority levels are normalised: Mid → Middle, Intern/Trainee → Junior, Principal/Staff/Expert → Lead.
  • The first 2 weeks of data (the parser ramp-up period) are excluded from charts — they do not reflect the state of the market.
Need analytics tailored to your needs?
This is the broad market slice. If you need a breakdown for a specific role, stack, geo, or salary band — we will tune the sample to your agency and send it as a report.
