Business & Data Analyst

• Five Sigma is an AI-native InsurTech company transforming the insurance claims management industry. Our cloud-based Claims Management Platform enables insurance carriers and organizations to streamline operations, automate workflows, and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
• We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business & Data Analyst to join our Global Delivery team.
• You will work directly with US-based insurance customers to translate complex business requirements and data into functional solutions within Five Sigma 's Claims Management Platform.
• This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining business analysis, data investigation, functional solution design, and validation throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Lead discovery sessions with insurance customers to understand their claims operations, workflows, business rules, and challenges.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, solution designs, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify edge cases, business exceptions, and gaps in customer requirements.
• Map business requirements to Five Sigma 's platform capabilities and define appropriate configurations.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and technical implementation teams to evaluate solution approaches.
