Description Five Sigma is an AI-native InsurTech company transforming the insurance claims management industry. Our cloud-based Claims Management Platform enables insurance carriers and organizations to streamline operations, automate workflows, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business & Data Analyst to join our Global Delivery team. You will work directly with US-based insurance customers to translate complex business requirements and data into functional solutions within Five Sigma 's Claims Management Platform. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining business analysis, data investigation, functional solution design, and validation throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Functional Design Lead discovery sessions with insurance customers to understand their claims operations, workflows, business rules, and challenges. Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, solution designs, and acceptance criteria. Identify edge cases, business exceptions, and gaps in customer requirements. Map business requirements to Five Sigma 's platform capabilities and define appropriate configurations. Partner with Delivery Managers and technical implementation teams to evaluate solution approaches. Data Analysis & Integration Analyze customer data structures, quality, and business meaning. Own source-to-target data mappings, transformation
