About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the distributed services that drive our real-time simulation systems. You will design, implement, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput backend infrastructure to ensure our APIs and data pipelines meet extreme performance demands. You will lead technical design efforts, ensure scalable cloud resource usage, and shape the architecture that powers our core training platforms. What You'll Do Develop, maintain, and architect robust software features and distributed modules. Break down complex project requirements into clear, actionable implementation plans for your pod. Actively mentor less experienced engineers in system design, performance optimization, and modern cloud-native development. Identify and propose game-changing improvements, from technical debt removal to optimizing development processes.
