About the Role We're hiring our Banking and Financial Institutions Lead: the person who brings OUSD to banks, asset managers, exchanges and the rest of traditional finance.

This is a sales role, and a long-term bet. Our model should change how dollars move through the financial system, and that change runs through institutions that move carefully. You'll plug OUSD into flows that either don't exist yet or that we're replacing, which means long, education-heavy cycles with many counterparties at the table.

You'll own a large surface area of banks and capital markets firms, mostly on your own from day one. That means daily meetings with institutions, learning fast what works and what doesn't, and seeing complex deals through to signature.
