About Open Standard Open Standard is on a mission to build the world's best money, starting with the US dollar. We believe money should move the way data does: instantly, globally, at any hour, in any amount. Our flagship product, Open USD (OUSD), is a stablecoin built for the internet. It's live on Ethereum, Base, Solana, and Tempo, with Coinbase, Mastercard, Shopify, Stripe, and Visa as founding partners and 200+ companies in our network. We're a lean team in San Francisco and New York, led by Zach Abrams, who co-founded Bridge and previously led product at Brex, Coinbase, and Square. About the Role We're hiring our Banking and Financial Institutions Lead: the person who brings OUSD to banks, asset managers, exchanges and the rest of traditional finance. This is a sales role, and a long-term bet. Our model should change how dollars move through the financial system, and that change runs through institutions that move carefully. You'll plug OUSD into flows that either don't exist yet or that we're replacing, which means long, education-heavy cycles with many counterparties at the table. You'll own a large surface area of banks and capital markets firms, mostly on your own from day one. That means daily meetings with institutions, learning fast what works and what doesn't, and seeing complex deals through to signature.
