Role: Network Support Technician- Overnight
- Location: Springfield, Missouri
- Work arrangement: onsite or hybri
- How many positions: 2-night openings
- Duration: Contract to Hire- Must be able to work W2
- Compensation: $20-24 an hour, based on experience
Summary:
Capstone IT is helping our client find a Network Support Technician who will support a large-scale network modernization initiative across hundreds of retail locations nationwide. This person will work with field technicians and network engineers to validate newly installed network equipment, confirm devices are communicating properly, document results, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate more complex network problems. This is a strong opportunity for someone coming from Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, NOC, or technical support who wants to build deeper hands-on networking experience.
