Mid-Senior Machine Learning Engineer Permanent Role | Hybrid Work Arrangement | Huge exposure to a wide variety of projects The opportunity We are looking for a hands on Mid-Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build, deploy and maintain AI solutions for financial services use cases. You will join a regional engineering team and work across internal product development and client projects, including compliance, KYC and account opening automation. What you will do • Build AI and machine learning solutions from concept through production • Develop applications using large language models, RAG and agentic workflows • Own MLOps activities covering deployment, monitoring, evaluation and ongoing improvement • Build reliable Python services that integrate AI models with enterprise systems and data • Work with foundation models such as Claude and internally hosted AI tools • Deploy solutions across AWS and Azure environments • Evaluate model quality, reliability, accuracy and production performance • Support incident management teams with technical investigation when required • Collaborate with colleagues across Singapore, Asia and Europe • Work across different projects, clients and AI use cases What we are looking for • Strong experience across machine learning engineering, data science, data engineering or MLOps • A clear track record of moving from traditional machine learning into applied AI • Strong Python engineering and software development fundamentals (experience with PyTorc
