Responsibilities: Manage and support 7x24 network, including voice and data, infrastructure environment and products Manage equipment rooms Participate in various IT projects to setup network infrastructure and provide support Communicate with other IT support teams, vendor and users for network service requests and changes Troubleshooting and solving network related production issue.
