You must be able to commute to our West 22nd Street office in New York. About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support the development of a new AI product. In this role, you will work with clients to observe, document, and analyze their processes end-to-end, then translate those findings into clear, actionable insights for the Product team. You will serve as the critical bridge between real-world client workflows and the product requirements that will shape our next-generation solution. Responsibilities Conduct discovery sessions, observing and documenting specific data processing workflows from invoice receipt through resolution. Analyze client data administration processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and gaps in current tools and workflows. U
