Job Description Job Description The Technical Platform Architect (TPA) leads the design and architecture of scalable enterprise solutions using Sprinklr’s products and services, including Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS). Working across the customer lifecycle, the TPA partners with customers, Sales, Solution Consulting, Engagement Management, Implementation, Product and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
