Company description Reporting directly to the CIO, you will lead one of Orange Polska’s most important technology domains, supporting millions of customers and playing a key role in the company’s future growth and digital transformation. As Director of IT for Mass Market, you will define and execute the technology strategy, transformation agenda, and delivery model for Orange Polska’s largest customer segment. You will work closely with business leaders to modernise platforms, drive innovation, and ensure reliable, high-quality technology services. We are looking for a senior technology leader who combines strategic vision with strong execution capabilities and a proven track record of leading large-scale technology organisations.
