Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join Capco on a project within investment banking. The ideal candidate brings strong Python backend development expertise, hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, and a solid understanding of scalable APIs and cloud technologies. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AI agents is also important. You'll build secure, production-ready applications, combining strong engineering practices with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs, primarily using Python. Deliver production-quality code through sound engineering practices: version control, automated testing, code review, CI/CD, and clear technical documentation. Integrate services with internal platforms, data sources and third-party APIs, handling authentication, authorisation, resilience, and error management appropriately.
