Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join Capco on a project within investment banking. The ideal candidate brings strong Python backend development expertise, hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, and a solid understanding of scalable APIs and cloud technologies. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AI agents is also important.

Design, build, test and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs, primarily using Python. Deliver production-quality code through sound engineering practices: version control, automated testing, code review, CI/CD, and clear technical documentation. Integrate services with internal platforms, data sources and third-party APIs, handling authentication, authorisation, resilience, and error management appropriately.
