Overview: We are hiring a remote Trade Desk Support Engineer (Night Shift) to join our IT department and provide L1 through L3 support for service requests and incidents. This role follows a night shift schedule from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Central Time (CT). Customer service and production support are the most important aspects of this role, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues to maintain smooth operations.
