About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/Test professional who can translate Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user Personas into concrete and testable workflows. The Software Quality Assurance Lead will map out how different user types move through the system end-to-end, design test strategies that validate those journeys, and ensure the product behaves correctly across all critical paths, including edge cases, role-based variations, and cross-functional handoffs. What you'll do Workflow Discovery & Mapping Analyze PRDs, user stories, and Persona documentation to identify all relevant user workflows.
