Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Infrastructure Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance technology infrastructures. This role is responsible for managing and supporting on-premises and hybrid environments, including servers, virtualization platforms, data center infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, storage, backup solutions, and end-user technical support. The ideal candidate is a hands-on infrastructure generalist with strong troubleshooting abilities and broad experience across enterprise technologies. This individual will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of our organization's and/or our client’s infrastructure while delivering exceptional support to users. This role requires a critical thinker who can effectively troubleshoot complex issues in dynamic environments, work independently, and balance project-based work with escalated support responsibilities.
