English Español English [phone]:17:44 1 AI Senior Engineer ASSOCIATE Lisbon, Portugal Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for: Ambitious people with a passion for this area; Degree in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or similar; Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years designing and implementing AI-based solutions in production environments; Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or equivalent models; Ability to design effective prompting and context-engineering strategies, structured outputs, and evaluation approaches to optimize LLM performance for production use; Experience building AI agent applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework, or comparable technologies; Understanding of agent workflows, multi-step reasoning, memory management, tool calling, and state orchestration; Strong Python development skills; Experience with additional programming languages like .NET (mandatory); Knowledge of asynchronous programming, API development, relational and NoSQL databases, and scalable service-oriented architectures; Experience designing and implementing AI pipelines for document ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and response generation; Understanding of AI quality evaluation, latency optimization, and cost monitoring; Experience working with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent cloud envir
