• Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or similar;
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years designing and implementing AI-based solutions in production environments;
• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or equivalent models;
• Ability to design effective prompting and context-engineering strategies, structured outputs, and evaluation approaches to optimize LLM performance for production use;
• Experience building AI agent applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework, or comparable technologies;
• Understanding of agent workflows, multi-step reasoning, memory management, tool calling, and state orchestration;
• Strong Python development skills;
• Experience with additional programming languages like .NET (mandatory);
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, API development, relational and NoSQL databases, and scalable service-oriented architectures;
• Experience designing and implementing AI pipelines for document ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and response generation;
• Understanding of AI quality evaluation, latency optimization, and cost monitoring;
