Your Mission: As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll troubleshoot, solve problems, share insights, and help us constantly improve what we build, always with the customer’s experience and success in mind. What you’ll do: Installation, configuration and independent, efficient and accurate troubleshooting of: Server-operating systems (Linux, Windows-Server, VMware, and further) Control panel software packs (cPanel, Plesk) Networking equipment (switches, firewalls, load balancers, ...)
