The position requires hands-on experience developing high-performance, high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency, high-capacity, transaction-oriented distributed systems within a financial trading environment. Required Skills and Experience 5–7 years of hands-on C++ development experience.

Strong experience with multithreading, data structures, STL, casting, templates, pointers, socket programming and algorithms. Programming experience in Linux/Unix environments. Experience developing order management systems, working with the FIX protocol and handling order states within a financial environment.

Experience developing high-performance, high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency, high-capacity, transaction-oriented distributed systems. Strong knowledge of equity trading environments, ideally across multiple regions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex functional and non-functional requirements to IT and business stakeholders.
