ole Title: Software Engineer Location: Kraków, Poland Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week Experience: 5–7 years Engagement Type: Handover Required DCV/UB/Pl/26.10.2026 About the Role We are recruiting a Software Engineer with strong C++ development experience in low-latency trading systems. The position requires hands-on experience developing high-performance, high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency, high-capacity, transaction-oriented distributed systems within a financial trading environment. Required Skills and Experience 5–7 years of hands-on C++ development experience. Strong experience with multithreading, data structures, STL, casting, templates, pointers, socket programming and algorithms. Programming experience in Linux/Unix environments. Experience developing order management systems, working with the FIX protocol and handling order states within a financial environment. Experience developing high-performance, high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency, high-capacity, transaction-oriented distributed systems. Strong knowledge of equity trading environments, ideally across multiple regions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex functional and non-functional requirements to IT and business stakeholders. Nice to Have Previous experience working on client connectivity systems. Java development experience, particularly Core Java, Collections and Reflection.
