Our client, an established technology solutions provider, is expanding its cybersecurity and infrastructure team to support enterprise customers and large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation, support, and technical advisory of security and networking solutions. Applicants are required to indicate ONE primary area of specialisation in their application: Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Specialisations: Tanium – Endpoint management and security solutions Trellix – Endpoint security solutions Check Point – Network security and firewall solutions Arista – Network infrastructure and switching solutions SIEM – Security monitoring and threat management solutions Trend Micro – Cybersecurity and endpoint protection solutions Job Responsibilities Provide technical support and advisory services for assigned cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions. Assist in solution implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities. Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions. Perform system monitoring, issue investigation, and provide recommendations to improve security and infrastructure performance. Support project deployment activities, documentation, and post-implementation support. Keep updated on emerging technologies and security trends to support continuous improvement.
