We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our project for one of our international clients. Fluency in English at least a B2+ level required. Your Tasks: Define and evolve the test strategy for web applications, including decisions on what to automate and at which layer (unit / API / E2E / visual vs. manual/exploratory) Plan and prioritize testing activities based on business risk, and clearly communicate quality trade-offs to PMs and engineering managers Evaluate, select, and implement testing tools by running PoCs, comparing options, and making recommendations (frameworks, reporting, observability) Monitor and analyze key quality metrics (e.g., flakiness, execution time, critical path coverage, escaped defects) and drive continuous improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, PMs, and DevOps to improve testability, refine acceptance criteria, and effectively communicate quality risks in business terms Technical requirements: 5+ years in software testing (manual and/or automated) for web applications, with at least 2 years hands-on in test automation.
