1. Must be local to Lansing, Michigan (within 50 miles or 1 hour commute) for on-site interviews and on-site work requirements. 2. No remote option. 3. Minimum 2 days working on-site required. 4. Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding Agile teams through Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and high performance. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and protecting teams from distractions that could impact delivery commitments. The Scrum Master will partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on priorities, delivery forecasts, and business outcomes. In addition to supporting team-level execution, this individual will play a critical role in advancing Agile maturity across the organization by coaching leaders and teams on Lean-Agile principles, best practices, and continuous delivery strategies.
